Re-Inspections

Re-Inspection Fee:
Half of the price of the original inspection fee unless otherwise quoted

I do offer re-inspection upon request with the following conditions:

​

1) Buyer or Agent must provide a written list of items to be re-inspected.

​

2) Buyer/or Representative must be present at the re-inspection.

​

3) Payment must be made prior or at the time of re-inspection

​

4) Re-inspections must be scheduled and should be scheduled with as much advance notice as possible (preferably 3 days notice)
